One Week Old

How did the past week go by so fast? Brady is already one week old and is doing great! He is sleeping pretty well and eating like a champ. In fact, he had a doctors appointment today and weighed 8 lbs. 3 oz. The doctor was even surprised at how much he had gained (11 ounces in just 4 days). He is such a good baby and so much fun to cuddle. What a wonderful blessing he is to our family!

22 Months Old!

Rayna is 22 months old today. Only two more months and we will have a two year old. That is so hard to believe! She has gotten to be such a big girl!

Brother and Sister

Rayna loves to hold Brady. It is so cute. The only problem is that she doesn't give much warning when she's done. She just jumps up so we have to stay close by.

Welcome Home Brady

Rayna was so excited for mommy and Brady to come home from the hospital. She kept giving him kisses and wanting to sit by him. He slept great in his new bed.

Getting Ready to Go Home

Here is Brady all dressed and ready to go home. We spent 3 nights in the hospital and were ready to come home. He dropped down to 7 lbs. 7 oz. while we were there, but did gain an ounce the last day. He goes to the doctor on Monday for a weight check so we'll see how much more he's gained.

Rayna at the Hospital

Rayna was such a good girl up at the hospital. She came and visited us everyday. I'm not sure if she was more excited to see mommy and Brady or to play with her toys that we left in the room.

Bath Time

Brady loved his bath that the nurse gave him at the hospital. He was so content just floating in the water.

Family

We had lots of family come visit Brady in the hospital. They were very excited to meet the newest member of our family.

I'm A Big Sister!

Rayna was so excited to meet her new baby brother! She loves to say his name and give him kisses. She is already such a wonderful big sister!

Welcome Brady Karson Grant

Brady was born February 19, 2007 at 7:39 am. He weighed 8lbs. 5oz. and was 21" long. He looks so much like his big sister did when she was born! What a precious little boy he is!
